the location and stunning views exceeded my expectations. waking up to a harbour/sea view was amazing. the property was clean and tidy upon arrival with good storage in the bedrooms.

Difficulty with parking due to neighbor's car.

our recent stay at brixham was truly amazing. harbour views house exceeded all our expectations with its stunning location and fabulous views. we loved taking strolls to explore the town and the beautiful back garden was a lovely surprise. the comfortable beds and gorgeous bed linen made our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that was off during our stay was the condition of the furniture. the sofas were broken, old, and dirty.

The view overlooking the harbour/sea was stunning, worth waking up to. Location was central with great bars and restaurants nearby. The garden, though weather didn't allow use, was a nice addition. Plenty of wardrobe space, great for longer stays.

Bright and spacious building. Ample off-street parking for 2 cars. Excellent kitchen with all necessary amenities. Comfortable beds and furniture. Efficient heating system. Lovely view from the lounge. Patio area with furniture in the garden. Spotlessly clean upon arrival.

Value for money was fantastic, the room was bright, airy, and spacious with a stunning view. The location was perfect, with great bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast items, they could have been a bit more diverse.

The location of the house is excellent, with stunning views and close proximity to town. the little garden is a nice feature, providing a relaxing space. the facilities at the house are very good, with comfortable beds and a warm atmosphere.

There were some cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as stained pillowcases and a leak in the shower.

We were fortunate to have the cleaners present when we arrived, ensuring that the entire building was spotless. The house itself was bright, airy, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The two bathrooms were a major convenience, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were in excellent condition, and the heating system was efficient. The view from the lounge was lovely, and we appreciated the patio area in the garden. Off-street parking for two cars was a great advantage, and the location allowed us to take in the beautiful views of Brixham. Good storage in the bedrooms was also appreciated.

Accessing the property through narrow roads could pose a challenge for those with large vehicles. Additionally, while the kitchen was functional, it didn't have that "wow" factor.
